Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu i układu urządzeń do katalitycznej utylizacji metanu zawartego w powietrzu kopalnianym, znajdującego zastosowanie przy małych stężeniach metanu w powietrzu wydechowym z kopalni. Sposób polega na tym, że dokonuje się ciągłej, wtórnej weryfikacji sporządzonej mieszanki metanowo-powietrznej do spalania katalitycznego i przy stwierdzeniu zawartości metanu przekraczającej założony próg bezpieczeństwa, wytworzoną mieszankę kieruje się poza obieg spalania katalitycznego. Układ posiada włączony za metanomierzem (9), sterującym dozowaniem metanu do mieszanki, metanomierz bezpieczeństwa (12) oraz bufor (13) z upustem (15), przy czym metanomierz bezpieczeństwa (12) przy pomocy sterownika steruje upustem (15) oraz zaworami bezpieczeństwa (14, 14') na rurociągu (7) doprowadzającym metan, oraz zasilaniem wentylatora (4) i przyłączem wlotowym (17) powietrza atmosferycznego i/lub gazu obojętnego.The invention concerns a method and system of devices for the catalytic utilization of methane contained in mine air, applicable at low concentrations of methane in mine exhaust air. The method involves continuous, secondary verification of the methane-air mixture prepared for catalytic combustion and, if the methane content exceeds the assumed safety threshold, the mixture is directed outside the catalytic combustion circuit. The system has a safety methane meter (12) and a buffer (13) with a bleeder (15) connected downstream of the methane meter (9), which controls the dosing of methane to the mixture, and the safety methane meter (12) uses a controller to control the bleeder (15) and the safety valves ( 14, 14') on the methane supply pipeline (7), and the fan supply (4) and the inlet connection (17) of atmospheric air and/or inert gas.
