Abstract

Sposób otrzymywania produktów, zwłaszcza dwuskładnikowych w sprayu, polega na tym, że w jednej puszce aerozolowej (1) umieszcza się składnik lub składniki bazowe pomocnicze (10) oraz sprężony gaz (11) pod ciśnieniem przewyższającym ciśnienie par gazu skroplonego, wynoszącym powyżej 7 bar, a w drugiej puszce aerozolowej (12) umieszcza się podstawowy składnik bazowy (20) tego produktu dwu lub więcej składnikowego i skroplony gaz (21) pod ciśnieniem jego par, wynoszącym korzystanie 3,5 bar - 4,5 bar, po czym zwrotne zawory sprężynowe (5, 16) osadzone w częściach cylindrycznych (4, 15) talerzyka profilowego tych puszek wraz z tymi częściami osadza się w gniazdach dwustopniowych, połączonych ze sobą otworem osiowym (27) łącznika przetłaczającego (25), a po umieszczeniu puszki aerozolowej (12) na stabilnym podłożu i obróceniu o 180° puszki aerozolowej (1) na jej dno wywiera się nacisk, powodujący ściśnięcie sprężyn walcowo - śrubowych (6, 17) zaworów zwrotnych sprężynowych oraz ich otwarcie, w wyniku czego składnik bazowy pomocniczy na skutek różnicy ciśnień, zostaje przetłoczony w wymaganej ilości przez sprężony gaz z puszki aerozolowej (1) do puszki aerozolowej (12) i w tym czasie oba składniki bazowe (10, 20) są mieszane ze sobą, po czym obie te puszki odłącza się od łącznika przetłaczającego (25), a puszką (12) potrząsa się, wprawiając w ruch umieszczone w niej kulki metalowe (35), powodując całkowite dokładne wymieszanie obu bazowych składników, uzyskując żądany produkt dwuskładnikowy.The method of obtaining products, especially two-component spray products, consists in placing in one aerosol can (1) the auxiliary base component (s) (10) and compressed gas (11) at a pressure exceeding the pressure of the liquefied gas vapor of more than 7 bar, and in the second aerosol can (12), the basic base component (20) of this two or more component product and the liquefied gas (21) are placed under its vapor pressure of 3.5 bar - 4.5 bar, followed by spring check valves ( 5, 16) embedded in the cylindrical parts (4, 15) of the profile plate of these cans together with these parts are seated in two-stage sockets connected with each other by the axial opening (27) of the forcing connector (25), and after placing the aerosol can (12) on a stable base and by turning the aerosol can (1) by 180 °, pressure is exerted on its bottom, causing the cylindrical-helical springs (6, 17) to compress and open the spring check valves, as a result, the auxiliary base component, due to the pressure difference, is forced in the required amount by the pressurized gas from the aerosol can (1) into the aerosol can (12) and during this time both base components (10, 20) are mixed with each other, after which both these cans are disconnected from the transfer connector (25) and the can (12) is shaken by moving the metal spheres (35) therein, causing the two base ingredients to be thoroughly mixed to obtain the desired two-component product.
