Abstract

Sposób otrzymywania produktów, zwłaszcza dwuskładnikowych w sprayu, polega na tym, że w jednej puszce aerozolowej (1) umieszcza się składnik lub składniki bazowe pomocnicze (10) oraz sprężony gaz (11) pod ciśnieniem przewyższającym ciśnienie par gazu skroplonego, wynoszącym powyżej 7 bar, a w drugiej puszce aerozolowej (12) umieszcza się podstawowy składnik bazowy (20) tego produktu dwu lub więcej składnikowego i skroplony gaz (21) pod ciśnieniem jego par, wynoszącym korzystanie 3,5 bar - 4,5 bar, po czym zwrotne zawory sprężynowe (5, 16) osadzone w częściach cylindrycznych (4, 15) talerzyka profilowego tych puszek wraz z tymi częściami osadza się w gniazdach dwustopniowych, połączonych ze sobą otworem osiowym (27) łącznika przetłaczającego (25), a po umieszczeniu puszki aerozolowej (12) na stabilnym podłożu i obróceniu o 180° puszki aerozolowej (1) na jej dno wywiera się nacisk, powodujący ściśnięcie sprężyn walcowo - śrubowych (6, 17) zaworów zwrotnych sprężynowych oraz ich otwarcie, w wyniku czego składnik bazowy pomocniczy na skutek różnicy ciśnień, zostaje przetłoczony w wymaganej ilości przez sprężony gaz z puszki aerozolowej (1) do puszki aerozolowej (12) i w tym czasie oba składniki bazowe (10, 20) są mieszane ze sobą, po czym obie te puszki odłącza się od łącznika przetłaczającego (25), a puszką (12) potrząsa się, wprawiając w ruch umieszczone w niej kulki metalowe (35), powodując całkowite dokładne wymieszanie obu bazowych składników, uzyskując żądany produkt dwuskładnikowy.
