Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku są superparamagnetyczne nanocząstki tlenku żelaza z ultracienkimi warstwami polimerowymi charakteryzujące się tym, że składają się z superparamagnetycznych rdzeni z tlenków żelaza współstrąconych z polikationem oraz hydrofilowej powłoki złożonej z przynajmniej jednej ultracienkiej warstwy polielektrolitu. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest także sposób wytwarzania superparamagnetycznych nanocząstek oraz zastosowanie superparamagnetycznych nanocząstek jako środka kontrastowego w obrazowaniu rezonansem magnetycznym i/lub fluorescencyjnym i/lub mikroskopii fluorescencyjnej.
