Wynalazek dotyczy urzadzenia i sposobu niedestrukcyjnego wykrywania obic i stref gnicia owoców i warzyw (6), skladajacego sie ze zródla (1) promieniowania elektromagnetycznego w pasmie dolnym dlugosci fali, zródla (2) promieniowania elektromagnetycznego w pasmie górnym dlugosci fali oddzielonym od wspomnianego pasma dolnego, czujnika radiometrycznego (3) przeksztalcajacego otrzymana moc promieniowania elektromagnetycznego na sygnaly elektroniczne, urzadzenia do obróbki (5) sygnalów elektronicznych podajacego wskaznik wadliwosci na podstawie mocy przenoszonej przez owoc (6) w pasmie dolnym i w pasmie górnym.The invention relates to a device and method for non-destructive detection of bruises and rotting zones in fruits and vegetables (6), consisting of a source (1) of electromagnetic radiation in the lower wavelength band, a source (2) of electromagnetic radiation in the upper wavelength band separated from said lower wavelength band, a radiometric sensor (3) converting the received power of electromagnetic radiation into electronic signals, a device for processing (5) electronic signals providing a defect indicator based on the power transmitted by the fruit (6) in the lower band and in the upper band.
