Abstract
Koncentraty obiadowe instant charakteryzują się tym, że zawierają kaszę zbożową instant, w składzie której znajduje się od 0,1 do 7% wag. liści morwy i/lub od 0,1 do 2% wag. ekstraktu z liści morwy oraz zawierają dodatek w postaci liści morwy w ilości od 0,1 do 7% wag. i/lub w postaci ekstraktu z liści morwy w ilości od 0,1 do 2% wag. Sposób wytwarzania koncentratów polega na tym, że, w pierwszej kolejności, przeprowadza się proces otrzymywania kaszy zbożowej instant zawierającej od 0,1 do 7% wag. liści morwy i/lub od 0,1 do 2% wag. ekstraktu z nich. W drugim etapie, komponuje się koncentrat obiadowy typu instant "gorący kubek" przez dodanie do 70-90% wag. kaszy zbożowej instant od 10 do 30% wag. dodatków takich jak: warzywa, grzyby, zioła, mięsa, owoce morza, sosy, przyprawy, oraz liście morwy i/lub ekstrakt z nich, przy czym liście morwy w ilości od 0,1 do 7% wag. dodaje się w postaci rozdrobnionej, i/lub ekstrakt z nich w ilości od 0,1 do 2% wag. dodaje się w postaci premiksu z rozdrobnioną kaszą instant (np. premiks z 20% udziałem ekstraktu).Instant dinner concentrates are characterized in that they contain instant cereal, consisting of 0.1 to 7 wt. mulberry leaves and / or from 0.1 to 2 wt. mulberry leaf extract and contain the addition of mulberry leaves in an amount of 0.1 to 7 wt. and / or in the form of an extract of mulberry leaves in an amount of 0.1 to 2 wt.
