Abstract

The subject of the invention is a method of biological removal of the load of impurities from beet stillage, in aerobic conditions, which consists in using a mixed population of thermo- and mesophilic bacteria of the genus Bacillus, most preferably of the species B. circulans, B. laterosporus, B. filicolonicus , B. stearothermophilus, B. acidocaldarius and B. licheniformis, where the process is carried out at an unregulated pH at an initial pH value of 8.0 at a temperature of 27 ° C to 63 ° C, or at a pH regulated at 8, 0 at 27 ° C to 63 ° C.
