Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania samozwijalnego elementu podłużnego, zwłaszcza kabla elektrycznego i samozwijalny element podłużny, zwłaszcza kabel elektryczny, przeznaczony w szczególności na przewody napięciowe i sygnałowe oraz liny i sznury Sposób polega na tym, że na przewód prądowy nanosi się powłokę zewnętrzną (1) z kompozytu polimerowego zawierającego polimer i materiał o właściwościach magnetycznych w ilości od 10% do 60% wagowych, a następnie przewód prądowy (2) z naniesioną powłoką zewnętrzną (1) namagnesowuje się w polu magnetycznym, którego linie usytuowane są wzdłuż osi zwijania elementu, przy czym indukcja magnetyczna jest równa co najmniej 2 Tesle. Element ma powłokę zewnętrzną (1), kontaktującą się bezpośrednio z otoczeniem kabla wykonaną z kompozytu polimerowego, zawierającego polimer i materiał o właściwościach magnetycznych w ilości od 10% do 60% wagowych, przy czym powłoka zewnętrzna jest namagnesowana wzdłuż osi zwijania elementu.
