Abstract
Poliol z recyklingu w ilości od 35 części wagowych, poliol NOP w ilości 20 części wagowych oraz poliol konwencjonalny o liczbie hydroksylowej od 45 do 50 w ilości 40 części wagowych umieszcza się w mieszalniku z cząsteczkami nanosrebra w ilości od 5 części wagowych, utrzymując temperaturę mieszania na poziomie od 19 do 22°C, przy czym w trakcie mieszania dostarcza się azot w ilości 5l/min przez 20 min. Ponadto w trakcie dozowania azotu komponenty miesza się mieszadłem szybkoobrotowym z prędkością początkową 3500 obrotów/minutę w czasie 5 minut, po czym prędkość obrotową stopniowo zmniejsza się do 30 obrotów na minutę kontynuując mieszanie przez 45 minut. Dzięki temu uzyskuje się jednorodną molekularną strukturę na poziomie nanocząsteczek. Tak otrzymaną mieszaninę komponentów dozuje się do głowicy mieszającej za pomocą pomp dozujących dodając do niej katalizator 1 w postaci trietanoloaminy w ilości 0,02 do 0,5 części wagowych, katalizator 2 w postaci BDMAEE w ilości 0,02 do 0,5 części wagowych, katalizatora cynoorganicznego w ilości 0,01 do 0,3 części wagowych, wodę w ilości od 0,2 do 5 części wagowych, toluilenodiizicyjanian w ilości od 25 do 55 części wagowych oraz silikon w ilości 0,3 do 1,2 części wagowych. The mixture of components thus obtained is dosed to the mixing head by means of dosing pumps, adding to it catalyst 1 in the form of triethanolamine in the amount of 0.02 to 0.5 parts by weight, catalyst 2 in the form of BDMAEE in the amount of 0.02 to 0.5 parts by weight, an organotin catalyst in an amount of 0.01 to 0.3 parts by weight, water in an amount of 0.2 to 5 parts by weight, toluene diisocyanate in an amount of 25 to 55 parts by weight, and silicone in an amount of 0.3 to 1.2 parts by weight.
