Abstract

The reactive polyurethane microfiller is characterized by the fact that it is a product of partial solvolysis of pre-shredded polyurethane waste foam, where the solvolysis is carried out in an extruder at a temperature of 170-230 ° C, in the presence of solvolytic agents containing hydroxyl or hydroxyl and amine groups, optionally in the presence of catalyst. The residence time of the reactants in the reaction zone is 2-15 minutes, and the weight ratio of the solvolytic agent to the waste polyurethane foam is from 3: 100 to 30: 100, and its hydroxyl number is in the range of 50-200 mg KOH / g. The solvolytic agent is dipropylene glycol trihydroxymethylaminomethane, diethylene glycol or diethanolamine, diisopropanolamine, triethanolamine, triisopropanolamine, trishydroxymethylaminomethane or a mixture of these compounds. The method of obtaining reactive polyurethane micronutrient consists in that the pre-shredded waste polyurethane foam is partially solvolyzed in an extruder at a temperature of 170-230 ° C in the presence of solvolytic agents containing hydroxyl or hydroxyl and amine groups, optionally in the presence of a catalyst, and the residence time of reactants in the reaction zone is 2-15 minutes, and the weight ratio of solvolytic agents to waste polyurethane foam is from 3: 100 to 30: 100. A polymer composition containing a polymer matrix or components for its production, a filler, other additives, including crosslinker, characterized in that it comprises a reactive polyurethane microfiller as described above in a weight ratio to the polymer matrix or components for its production in the range from 3: 100 to 100: 100.
