Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania kompozytu z włókien węglowych modyfikowanych nanododatkami ceramicznymi, przeznaczonego zwłaszcza do celów medycznych, polega na formowaniu, metodą z roztworu na mokro, włókien prekursorowych do otrzymywania włókien węglowych z poliakrylonitrylu zawierającego nanododatki ceramiczne, formowaniu z tych włókien, metodą igłowania, włókniny, poddaniu włókniny stopniowemu utlenianiu w dynamicznym przepływie powietrza i karbonizacji w atmosferze gazu obojętnego oraz na naniesieniu na powierzchnię otrzymanej włókniny, metodą elektroprzędzenia, włóknistej warstwy modyfikującej. Jako warstwę modyfikującą nanosi się metodą elektroprzędzenia warstwę biodegradowalną z poli(ε-kaprolaktonu), poli(kwasu mlekowego), kopolimerów poli(kwasu mlekowego) z biodegradowalnymi polimerami, jak poli(ε-kaprolakton) lub poliglikolid, z polihydroksymaślanu, poliglikolidu lub polihydroksyalkanolanu, o grubości 5–500 μm, stosując roztwory tych polimerów w chlorku metylenu, w temperaturze 15-18°C, przy napięciu na kapilarze 18-23 kV.A method for manufacturing a composite of carbon fibers modified with ceramic nanoadditives, intended especially for medical purposes, comprises forming, by the wet solution method, precursor fibers for obtaining carbon fibers from polyacrylonitrile containing ceramic nanoadditives, forming a nonwoven fabric from said fibers by the needling method, subjecting the nonwoven fabric to gradual oxidation in a dynamic air flow and carbonization in an inert gas atmosphere, and applying a fibrous modifying layer to the surface of the obtained nonwoven fabric by the electrospinning method. As a modifying layer, a biodegradable layer made of poly(ε-caprolactone), poly(lactic acid), copolymers of poly(lactic acid) with biodegradable polymers such as poly(ε-caprolactone) or polyglycolide, polyhydroxybutyrate, polyglycolide or polyhydroxyalkanoate, with a thickness of 5-500 μm is deposited by electrospinning, using solutions of these polymers in methylene chloride, at a temperature of 15-18°C, at a capillary voltage of 18-23 kV.
