Abstract

Sposób bioremediacji gleby zanieczyszczonej olejem napędowym wprowadzenia do oczyszczanej gleby namnożonego inokulum szczepu bakterii o zdolności degradacji węglowodorów i prowadzenia hodowli bakterii w warunkach tlenowych, wspomagany olejem roślinnym, korzystnie rzepakowym, polega na tym, że w procesie bioremediacji stosuje się inokulum szczepu bakterii Bacillus mycoides NS1020 lub szczepu bakterii Sarcina sp OA10 wyizolowanego ze ścieków rafineryjnych, przy czym do oczyszczanego środowiska najpierw wprowadza się olej roślinny, poddany procesowi ozonowania i prowadzi proces bioremediacji w warunkach tlenowych i między 7-14 dniem bioremediacji z udziałem oleju do oczyszczanego środowiska wprowadza się namnożone inokulum szczepu bakterii i kontynuuje proces bioremediacji. The method of bioremediation of soil contaminated with diesel oil introduces into the treated soil a multiplied inoculum of a bacterial strain with the ability to degrade hydrocarbons and conducting bacterial culture under aerobic conditions, supported by vegetable oil, preferably rapeseed oil, consists in the use of the inoculum of the bacterial strain Bacillus mycoides NS1020 or bacterial strain Sarcina sp OA10 isolated from refinery wastewater, whereby the treated environment first introduces vegetable oil, subjected to the ozonation process and bioremediation process under aerobic conditions, and between 7-14 day of bioremediation with oil, the purified inoculum of the bacterial strain is introduced into the purified environment and continues the bioremediation process.
