Abstract

Mieszaninę inokulów wprowadza się do oczyszczanej gleby i hodowlę inokulów w oczyszczanej glebie prowadzi się w temperaturze 24°C w czasie 30 dni przy wilgotności gleby 23 - 25%.The method of bioremediation of soil contaminated with heating oil consists in multiplying the inoculum of a consortium of bacteria in a shake culture on a liquid medium, introducing it into the cleaned soil and conducting cultivation in aerobic conditions. The method is characterized in that the bioremediation process uses a mixture of the bacteria Gordonia alcanivornas S7, Pseudomonas sp. G4B and Bacillus sp. X1 as an inoculum, isolated from soil contaminated with fuel oil, each of which is propagated on a glucose-containing medium, yeast extract, Na2HPO4 , NH4Cl, tap water and heating oil. The inoculum mixture is introduced into the treated soil and the inoculas are grown in the purified soil at 24 ° C for 30 days at a soil moisture content of 23-25%.
