Abstract

Kompozycja farmaceutyczna leku stosowanego w leczeniu ran i innych ubytków skóry składa się z od 0,1% do 99,9% polieteru winylowobutylowego, od 0,1% do 99,9% niskowrzącego eteru alifatycznego jako rozpuszczalnika oraz farmaceutycznie dopuszczalnego gazu nośnego. Jako niskowrzący eter alifatyczny stosuje się zwłaszcza eter dwuetylowy. Sposób sporządzania kompozycji farmaceutycznej polega na rozpuszczeniu polieteru winylowobutylowego w niskowrzącym eterze alifatycznym, ewentualnie filtracji sterylizującej i napełnieniu ciśnieniowych aplikatorów wraz z dawką gazu nośnego w warunkach zapewniających jałowość mieszaniny.The pharmaceutical composition of the drug used in the treatment of wounds and other skin defects consists of 0.1% to 99.9% polyvinyl butyl ether, 0.1% to 99.9% of a low-boiling aliphatic ether solvent, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier gas. The method of preparing a pharmaceutical composition consists in dissolving polyvinyl butyl ether in a low-boiling aliphatic ether, optionally sterilizing filtration and filling pressurized applicators together with a dose of the carrier gas under conditions ensuring the sterility of the mixture.
