Abstract

Monolityczny katalizator do równoczesnego usuwania NOx i cząstek węglowych z gazów odlotowych elektrowni węglowych zawiera monolit ze stali kwasoodpornej austenitycznej. Katalizator jest dwufazowy i zawiera fazy o strukturze spinelu NiFe2O4 i FeCr2O4, przy czym fazy te tworzą mikro-krystality, które zawierają dodatkowo Mn. Sposób wytwarzania monolitycznego katalizatora do równoczesnego usuwania NOx i cząstek węglowych w szczególności z gazów odlotowych elektrowni węglowych polega na tym, że monolit poddaje się utlenianiu, następnie powstałe warstwy tlenkowe nasyca się roztworem rozpuszczalnych soli niklu, po czym monolit ponownie wygrzewa się w atmosferze utleniającej celem wbudowania jonów niklu w warstwę tlenkową i w końcu tak wytworzone warstwy tlenkowe poddaje się redukcji.
