Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania tarczy do nanoszenia powłok węglowych domieszkowanych metalami aktywnymi biologicznie, metodami IBAD, IBSD, nanoszenia magnetronowego oraz metodą PLD, polega na tym, że wprowadza się proszki metali o właściwościach antybakteryjnych bezpośrednio do prekursora węgla i tym samym równocześnie już w postaci atomowej w powłokę węglową, w tym diamentopodobną bądź diamentową, proszki grafitu i metali miesza się w dowolnych proporcjach wagowych z żywicą fenolo-formaldehydową dodaną w ilości do 40% masy, zaformowany w matrycy materiał utwardza się lub poddaje obróbce cieplnej w temperaturze od 50 do 250°C.
