Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest materiał eutektyczny, zwłaszcza metalodielektryczny, mający zastosowanie w plazmonice. Materiał charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z co najmniej dwóch składników: 51 – 99% mol fazy A, stanowiącej osnowę metaliczną lub półprzewodnikową, o oporności nieprzekraczającej 150 nΩm, o ujemnej rzeczywistej wartości przenikalności elektrycznej Re(eps)<0 dla zakresu długości fali elektromagnetycznej λ UV/Vis/NIR oraz 1 – 49% mol fazy B, stanowiącej wydzielenia z materiału dielektrycznego, o dodatniej rzeczywistej przenikalności elektrycznej Re(eps)>0. Materiał charakteryzuje się również tym, że składa się z co najmniej dwóch składników 51 - 99% mol fazy A, stanowiącej osnowę dielektryczną o dodatniej rzeczywistej przenikalności elektrycznej Re(eps)>0 dla zakresu długości fali elektromagnetycznej λ UV/Vis/NIR oraz 1 – 49% mol fazy B, stanowiącej wydzielenia metaliczne lub półprzewodnikowe o -oporności nieprzekraczającej 150 nΩm, o ujemnej rzeczywistej przenikalności elektrycznej Re(eps)<0 dla tego samego zakresu długości fali λ.
