Przedmiotem wynalazku jest skanująca głowica pomiarowa oparta na pomiarze zmian ciśnienia, mająca zastosowanie we współrzędnościowej maszynie pomiarowej. Skanująca głowica pomiarowa, charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z korpusu górnego (1) z czujnikiem ciśnienia (3) i korpusu dolnego (2) połączonych ze sobą śrubami (5), pomiędzy którymi usytuowana jest w osi symetrii głowicy elastomerowa membrana (4) z trzpieniem pomiarowym (12) oraz zamocowanymi na stałe na obwodzie co 45° lustra (9), ponadto korpus (2) połączony jest śrubami (13) z podstawą (6), na której zamocowane są co 45° poprzez podstawki (8) diody laserowe (7) oraz rozmieszczone na obwodzie co 45° cztery matryce (10).The subject of the invention is a scanning measuring head based on measuring pressure changes, applicable in a coordinate measuring machine. The scanning measuring head is characterized by the fact that it consists of the upper body (1) with pressure sensor (3) and the lower body (2) connected with screws (5), between which the elastomeric membrane (4) is located in the symmetry axis of the head with the stylus (12) and the mirror (9) permanently attached on the perimeter every 45 °, furthermore the body (2) is connected with screws (13) to the base (6), on which are mounted every 45 ° through the bases (8) of the diode laser (7) and four matrices (10) spaced every 45 °.
