Abstract
Wynalazki dotyczą cząsteczki miR172 pochodzenia roślinnego lub jej syntetycznego ekwiwalentu, sposobu zmniejszania proliferacji limfocytów B oraz zastosowania, cząsteczki miR172 wybranej spośród miR172a lub miR172b w leczeniu schorzeń związanych z reakcjami zapalnymi czy też z zaburzeniami prawidłowego funkcjonowania układu immunologicznego. Celem niniejszego wynalazku jest dostarczenie nowej metody terapeutycznej, opierającej się na cząsteczkach miRNA, które poprzez oddziaływanie z mRNA czynnika związanego z aktywnością naturalnej sfingomielinazy (FAN), zmniejszają odpowiedź zapalną organizmu w różnego rodzaju schorzeniach immunologicznych.
