Abstract

Urządzenie mocujące obejmuje mocującą część dolną (1) i zamocowywany na niej nośnik (2) przedmiotu obrabianego. Mocująca część dolna (1) ma kilka urządzeń mocujących (5), a nośnik (2) przedmiotu obrabianego jest zaopatrzony w taką ilość czopów mocujących (43), która odpowiada ilości urządzeń mocujących (5), dla zamocowania w każdorazowym urządzeniu mocującym (5). Na mocującej części dolnej (1) są umieszczone pierwsze elementy centrujące (4), które tak współpracują z kolejnymi elementami centrującymi (38), umieszczonymi na nośniku (2) przedmiotu obrabianego, że nośnik (2) przedmiotu obrabianego zostaje ustawiony przy zamocowaniu na mocującej części dolnej (1) w kierunku X i Y. Każde urządzenie mocujące (5) ma tuleję mocującą (6), której strona górna tworzy podporę dla nośnika (2) przedmiotu obrabianego. Podpora mocującej części dolnej (1) jest utworzona przez kilka odcinków powierzchni (11), umieszczonych na stronie górnej każdej tulei mocującej (6). Każdy z tych odcinków powierzchni (11) jest zaopatrzony w otwór wylotowy dla wydmuchiwania powietrza. Każdorazowa tuleja mocująca (6) ma nieprzerwanie puste przedłużenie, przebiegające aż do strony dolnej mocującej części dolnej (1).
