Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy polietylenowej folii pięciowarstwowej składającej się z dwóch warstw skórnych, jednej warstwy rdzeniowej oraz dwóch warstw podskórnych X, przy czym folia ma strukturę o symetrycznym układzie warstw A/X/B/X/A, A/X/A/X/A lub ma strukturę o niesymetrycznym układzie warstw A/X/B/X/C, A/X/A/X/B, A/X/B/X/B. Folia charakteryzuje się tym, że dwie warstwy podskórne [X] mają grubość w zakresie 5-20% całkowitej grubości folii każda, oraz zawiera 10%-40% części wagowych kopolimeru metalocenowego etylenu i heksenu, 50%-90% części wagowych bimodalnego terpolimeru polietylenu oraz 0%-15% części wagowych polietylenu wysokiej gęstości. Warstwy skórne mają grubość w zakresie 5%-30% grubości folii każda oraz zawierają substancje z grupy poliolefin oraz dodatki modyfikujące kolor i/lub niektóre właściwości folii. Warstwa rdzeniowa ma grubość w zakresie 30-70% grubości folii oraz zawiera substancje z grupy poliolefin oraz dodatki modyfikujące kolor i/lub niektóre właściwości folii.The invention relates to a polyethylene five-layer film consisting of two skin layers, one core layer and two subcutaneous layers X, wherein the film has a structure with a symmetrical layer system A / X / B / X / A, A / X / A / X / A or has a structure with an asymmetrical layer system A / X / B / X / C, A / X / A / X / B, A / X / B / X / B. The film is characterized in that the two subcutaneous layers [X] have a thickness in the range of 5-20% of the total thickness of the film each, and contains 10% -40% by weight of a metallocene copolymer of ethylene and hexene, 50% -90% by weight of a bimodal polyethylene terpolymer and 0% -15% by weight of high density polyethylene. The skin layers have a thickness in the range of 5% -30% of the thickness of the film each and contain substances from the polyolefin group and additives that modify the color and / or some properties of the film. The core layer has a thickness in the range of 30-70% of the thickness of the film and contains substances from the polyolefin group and additives that modify the color and / or some properties of the film.
