Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest laminat z dwóch folii wielowarstwowych składającej się z współwytłaczanej wielowarstwowej folii zawierającej pięć warstw charakteryzujący się tym, że warstwy o łącznej grubości 100% podzielone są odpowiednio na warstwy o grubości A-20%, B-15%, C-30%, D-15%, E-20% i dwie wewnętrzne warstwy współwytłaczanej folii wielowarstwowej o grubości 15% - wykonane są z mieszaniny polietylenów zawierającej HDPE stanowiącego 80% udziału i LDPE stanowiącego 20% udziału w tej mieszaninie, o gęstości warstwy co najmniej 0,954 g/cm3, zaś jedna warstwa zewnętrzna wykonana jest z mieszaniny z mLLDPE i LDPE zawierających erukamidowe związki poślizgowe w łącznej ilości 740 ppm, natomiast warstwę zewnętrzną przeciwległą wykonaną na bazie LLDPE C4 w ilości 75% i LDPE w ilości 25% o gęstość 0,920 g/cm3, zostaje naniesiony chelat tytanu [Ti(OR)4] w ilości do 3% wagowo farby wraz z farbą do druku fleksograficznego, po czym warstwa ta jest laminowana z zastosowaniem kleju rozpuszczalnikowego i łączona z folią nośną (kanwą), tworząc laminat z folii wielowarstwowych. Przedmiotem niniejszego zgłoszenia jest także sposób wytwarzania powyższego laminatu.The subject of the application is a laminate of two multilayer films consisting of a coextruded multilayer film containing five layers characterized by the fact that the layers with a total thickness of 100% are divided respectively into layers of A-20%, B-15%, C-30%, D-15%, E-20% and two internal layers of 15% thick co-extruded multilayer film - they are made of a mixture of polyethylenes containing HDPE accounting for 80% and LDPE representing 20% of this mixture, with a layer density of at least 0.954 g / cm3, while one outer layer is made of a mixture of mLLDPE and LDPE containing erucamide slip compounds in a total amount of 740 ppm, while the opposite outer layer is based on LLDPE C4 in an amount of 75% and LDPE in an amount of 25% with a density of 0.920 g / cm3, Titanium chelate [Ti (OR) 4] is applied in an amount of up to 3% by weight of paint together with ink for flexographic printing, after which a layer this is laminated using a solvent glue and combined with a carrier film (canvas) to form a laminate of multilayer films. The present application also relates to a method for producing the above laminate.
