Abstract
Proppanty ceramiczne w postaci granul o rozmiarze rozmiar 150 - 1700 µm charakteryzują się tym, że są wytworzone z mieszaniny surowców składającej się z: - plastycznej gliny kaolinitowej w ilości od 10% do 50% wagowo o zawartości Al2O3 od 20% do 35% wagowo; - gliny biało wypalającej w ilości od 10% do 50% wagowo o zawartości Al2O3 od 21% do 39% wagowo; - boksytu w ilości od 40% do 60% wagowo o zawartości Al2O3 od 50% do 64% wagowo oraz do 11% wagowo Fe2O3 , korzystniej do5% Fe2O3; - oraz dodatków uszlachetniających do 10% wagowo przy czym zawartość Al2O3 w gotowych proppantach ceramicznych wynosi od 50% do 67% wagowo, a zawartość SiO2 wynosi od 21% do 40% wagowo, ciężar właściwy proppantów wynosi od 3,0 Mg/m3 do 3,4 Mg/m3, a ciężar objętościowy proppantów wynosi od 1,8 Mg/m3 do 2,2 Mg/m3.Ceramic proppants in the form of granules in the size 150 - 1700 µm are characterized by the fact that they are made of a mixture of raw materials consisting of: - plastic kaolinite clay in an amount of 10% to 50% by weight with an Al2O3 content of 20% to 35% by weight; - white-firing clay in an amount of 10% to 50% by weight with an Al2O3 content of 21% to 39% by weight; - bauxite in an amount from 40% to 60% by weight with an Al2O3 content from 50% to 64% by weight and up to 11% by weight Fe2O3, more preferably up to 5% Fe2O3; - and enriching additives up to 10% by weight, where the Al2O3 content in finished ceramic proppants is from 50% to 67% by weight, and the SiO2 content is from 21% to 40% by weight, the specific weight of proppants is from 3.0 Mg / m3 to 3 , 4 Mg / m3, and the volume weight of proppants is from 1.8 Mg / m3 to 2.2 Mg / m3.
