Abstract

Sposób polega tym, że dokonuje się równoczesnego pomiaru trzech wielkości, tj. siły, drgań i hałasu, podczas próby zginania próbki z materiału kompozytowego (3) w zależności od jej ugięcia, przy czym pomiar drgań próbki (3) odbywa się w połowie odległości pomiędzy miejscem podparcia (2) próbki (3), a miejscem oddziaływania ruchomego trzpienia (5) za pomocą wibrometru laserowego (6), pomiar chwilowego poziomu ciśnienia akustycznego odbywa się w pobliżu próbki (3) umiejscowionej na podporach (2) korpusu (1) w kierunku prostopadłym lub równoległym do osi przemieszczenia trzpienia (5) za pomocą mikrofonu kierunkowego (7). Urządzenie do realizacji sposobu charakteryzuje się tym, że na korpusie (1) umieszczone są dwie podpory (2), na których montowana jest próbka z materiału kompozytowego (3), ruchomej głowicy (4) z zamontowanym trzpieniem (5), połączonej z korpusem (1) przesuwnie w kierunku prostopadłym do powierzchni próbki z materiału kompozytowego (3) wibrometru laserowego (6), umieszczonego ponad głowicą (4) i połączonego trwale z górną częścią korpusu (1), mikrofonu kierunkowego (7), umieszczanego na oddzielnym statywie lub łączonego trwale z ruchomą głowicą (4).The method consists in the simultaneous measurement of three quantities, i.e. force, vibration and noise, when bending the composite material sample (3) depending on its deflection, with the vibration measurement of the sample (3) halfway between the support place (2) of the sample (3), and the place of impact of the movable mandrel (5) using a laser vibrometer (6), the measurement of the instantaneous sound pressure level takes place near the sample (3) located on the supports (2) of the body (1) in perpendicular or parallel to the axis of displacement of the stem (5) by means of a directional microphone (7). The device for implementing the method is characterized in that on the body (1) there are two supports (2), on which a sample of composite material (3) is mounted, a movable head (4) with a mounted mandrel (5), connected to the body ( 1) sliding in a direction perpendicular to the sample surface from a composite material (3) of a laser vibrometer (6), placed above the head (4) and permanently connected to the upper part of the body (1), a directional microphone (7), placed on a separate stand or connected permanently with a movable head (4).
