Abstract

Sposób otrzymywania eterów 1-propenylowych zawierających grupę siloksanową wykorzystujący rekcję sililowania i izomeryzacji, charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszym etapie prowadzi się reakcję izomeryzacji alliloksyalkoholi katalizowaną przez rozpuszczalne kompleksy rutenu, zaś w drugim etapie otrzymane 1-propenyloksyalkohole poddaje się reakcji sililowania stosując jako czynnik sillilujący heksametylodisilazan, przy czym reakcję sililowania prowadzi się poddając mieszaninę reakcyjną działaniu ultradźwięków o częstotliwości z zakresu 16 kHz - 2 MHz lub podwyższonej temperatury. Reakcję sililowania z zastosowaniem ultradźwięków prowadzi się w niskiej lub umiarkowanej temperaturze w zakresie 20 - 55°C, a reakcję sililowania w podwyższonej temperaturze prowadzi się w zakresie 60 - 120°C. Korzystnie przed reakcją sililowania reagenty odtlenia się przez nasycenie argonem. Korzystnie reakcję sililowania prowadzi się w warunkach beztlenowych, w atmosferze argonu, przy niewielkim nadmiarze czynnika sililującego, przy czym stosunek molowy heksametylodisilazanu do alliloksyalkoholu wynosi 0,75 - 1 : 1.The method for the preparation of 1-propenyl ethers containing a siloxane group using a silylation and isomerization reaction is characterized by the fact that in the first stage the isomerization of allyloxy alcohols catalyzed by soluble ruthenium complexes is carried out, and in the second stage the obtained 1-propenyloxy alcohols are subjected to a silylation reaction using a silylating agent as a sillylating agent hexamethyldisilazane, wherein the silylation reaction is carried out by subjecting the reaction mixture to ultrasound with a frequency in the range of 16 kHz - 2 MHz or at elevated temperature. The ultrasonic silylation reaction is carried out at a low or moderate temperature in the range 20-55 ° C, and the elevated temperature silylation reaction in the range 60-120 ° C. Preferably, the reagents are deoxygenated by saturation with argon prior to the silylation reaction. Preferably, the silylation reaction is carried out under anaerobic conditions under an argon atmosphere with a slight excess of the silylating agent, the molar ratio of hexamethyldisilazane to allyloxy alcohol being 0.75-1: 1.
