Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób łączenia spienianego kopolimeru etylenu i octanu winylu (EVA) z poliuretanem (PU) poprzez łączenie gorącej mieszanki PU ze stałym podłożem ze spienianego EVA. Sposób przeznaczony jest do stosowania zwłaszcza w procesie wytwarzania obuwia. Sposób łączenia w którym powierzchnie elementu klejonego ze spienionego EVA przygotowuje się poprzez mechaniczne starcie powierzchni, a następnie odtłuszcza się polega na tym, że powierzchnie elementu ze spienionego EVA wygrzewa w temperaturze 45-55°C. Z kolei nakłada się aktywator 2-butanolu, który utwardza się promieniami UV przez 15 sekund, następnie POLYOL GF 422 i IZO GT 991 nagrzewa się przez 10-12 godz., przy czym POLYOL do temperatury 70-80°C, łącząc z katalizatorem, zaś IZO do temperatury 65-75°C, po czym składniki miesza się i nakłada na powierzchnie elementu EVA, kolejno na klejoną powierzchnię nakłada się klej poliuretanowy, i tak przygotowany element umieszcza się w formie, zalewa mieszanką POLY + CROS o temperaturze 51°C, oraz ISO o temperaturze 43°C, a następnie formuje przez 240 sekund.
