Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy układu do wytwarzania biogazu pod podwyższonym ciśnieniem przez przetwarzanie substancji organicznych w procesie fermentacji beztlenowej, działającego pod samoistnie wytworzonym, podwyższonym ciśnieniem. Układ zawiera zbiornik substratu (1), połączony z pneumatycznym naczyniem (3) dozującym substrat, którego górna część rurociągiem (4), odprowadzającym biogaz, połączona jest z niskociśnieniowym zbiornikiem gazu (6) przez zawór gazowy (5) oraz rurociągiem doprowadzającym gaz (7), zaopatrzonym w zawór (8) z wysokociśnieniowym zbiornikiem gazu (9). Ponadto dno pneumatycznego naczynia dozującego (3) połączone jest rurociągiem, zaopatrzonym w zawór (11), z bioreaktorem (10), mającym w górnej części strefę separacyjną, w której oddzielany jest biogaz, połączoną rurociągiem, zaopatrzonym w zawór odpadowy (13), ze zbiornikiem (14) odpadu pofermentacyjnego. Do ścianki górnej bioreaktora (10) podłączony jest rurociąg gazowy (17) z zaworem (18), przeznaczony do odprowadzania biogazu do wysokociśnieniowego zbiornika gazu (9) oraz rurociąg (15) zaopatrzony w zawór gazowy (16), wyprowadzający biogaz do niskociśnieniowego zbiornika gazu (6). Ponadto w dnie bioreaktora (10) usytuowany jest rurociąg odpływowy z zaworem (19) do odprowadzania frakcji sedymentującej do zbiornika odpadu pofermentacyjnego (14).
