Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest mieszanina prepolimeru izocyjanianu do wytwarzania produktu poliuretanowego w jednoetapowym procesie, przy czym wspomniana mieszanina zawiera wolnego monomerycznego diizocyjanianu difenylometanu (MDI) nie więcej niż 3%, korzystnie mniej niż 2%, korzystniej mniej niż 1% całkowitej wagi. Inne składniki mieszaniny: alkohol jednofunkcyjny, składnik izocyjanianowy lub mieszanina składnika izocyjanianowego, propelent, katalizator, stabilizator, jeden lub więcej polioli. Ujawniono również sposób wytwarzania jednoskładnikowej pianki poliuretanowej na bazie mieszaniny.
