Abstract

Sposób i instalacja do selektywnej niekatalitycznej redukcji tlenków azotu NOX w energetycznych kotłach rusztowych, zwłaszcza w parowych kotłach rusztowych, zapewniają spełnienie norm UE w zakresie emisji tlenków azotu do atmosfery poniżej 200 mg/m3. Sposób odznacza się tym, że wybór kierunku i wielkość wtrysku wodnego reagenta ustalany jest na podstawie parametrów kotła rusztowego, określających rozkład temperatur w przekroju poprzecznym i podłużnym kotła, jak również przez korektę wpływu zmieniającego się w czasie profilu temperaturowego w kotle rusztowym, przy pomocy takich parametrów jak temperatura, stężenie tlenków azotu NOX, wielkość generowanej pary wodnej, prędkość przesuwu rusztu, położenie warstwownicy, ilość powietrza pierwotnego i wtórnego, kaloryczność paliwa. Instalacja odznacza się tym, że lance wtryskowe (L1) i (L2) wodnego roztworu reagenta są wyposażone w dysze ciśnieniowe zlokalizowane w rzędach (RTD), (RGD), (RPD), usytuowanych pod kątem 90°. Dopływ wodnego reagenta do dysz ciśnieniowych regulują elektrozawory połączone przez przetworniki cyfrowo analogowe (PCA1), (PCA2)... (PCA5), (PCA6) z wyjściem mikrokontrolera (MR), którego wejścia są połączone przez przetworniki analogowo - cyfrowe (PAC1), (PAC2)... (PAC5), (PAC6) z czujnikami temperatury (TP1)...(TP4), czujnikiem stężenia NOX (CT5), czujnikiem zawartości pary wodnej (CT6), czujnikiem prędkości posuwu rusztu (CT7), czujnikiem położenia warstwownicy (CT8), czujnikami powietrza pierwotnego i wtórnego (CT9) i (CT10), czujnikiem ciśnienia (CT11) w zbiorniku (Z) wodnego reagenta, czujnikiem poziomu granicznego (CT12) wodnego roztworu reagenta w zbiorniku (Z).The method and installation for the selective non-catalytic reduction of NOx oxides of nitrogen in power stoker-fired boilers, especially in steam stoker-fired boilers, ensures compliance with EU standards on emissions of nitrogen oxides into the atmosphere below 200 mg / m3. The method is characterized by the fact that the choice of direction and amount of water injection of the reagent is determined on the basis of the boiler's grate parameters determining the temperature distribution in the boiler's cross-section and longitudinal section, as well as by correcting the influence of the temperature profile changing in the grate boiler over time, using such parameters like temperature, NOX nitrogen concentration, amount of steam generated, grate speed, position of the layer, amount of primary and secondary air, fuel calorific value. The installation is characterized by the fact that the injection lances (L1) and (L2) of the aqueous reagent solution are equipped with pressure nozzles located in rows (RTD), (RGD), (RPD), located at an angle of 90 °. The flow of the water reactant to the pressure nozzles is controlled by solenoid valves connected by digital-analog converters (PCA1), (PCA2) ... (PCA5), (PCA6) with a microcontroller output (MR), whose inputs are connected by analog-digital converters (PAC1), (PAC2) ... (PAC5), (PAC6) with temperature sensors (TP1) ... (TP4), NOX concentration sensor (CT5), water vapor content sensor (CT6), grate speed sensor (CT7), sensor positioning of the layer (CT8), primary and secondary air sensors (CT9) and (CT10), pressure sensor (CT11) in the tank (Z) of the aqueous reagent, limit level sensor (CT12) of the aqueous reagent solution in the tank (Z).
