Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania preparatu kropli do oczu w postaci zawiesiny zawierającej brynzolamid, polegający na tym, że substancja czynna jest rozpuszczana, a następnie strącana za pomocą środka strącającego, w postaci cząstek o odpowiedniej wielkości w wyniku zmiany pH środowiska, która to operacja przeprowadzana jest w roztworze zawierającym główne składniki kompozycji połączone w warunkach aseptycznych. Ujawniono również preparat kropli do oczu w postaci zawiesiny zawierającej brynzolamid i substancje pomocnicze: polimer kwasu akrylowego, wersenian disodowy, chlorek benzalkoniowy, mannitol, wodorotlenek sodu, kwas solny, wodorowęglan sodu i wodę do sporządzania kropli do oczu, wolny od substancji zmniejszających napięcie powierzchniowe.The subject of the invention is a method for producing an eye drop preparation in the form of a suspension containing brinzolamide, in which the active substance is dissolved and then precipitated by means of a precipitation agent, in the form of particles of appropriate size as a result of changing the pH of the environment, which operation is carried out in a solution containing the main components of the composition combined under aseptic conditions. An eye drop preparation in the form of a suspension containing brinzolamide and excipients was also disclosed: acrylic acid polymer, disodium edetate, benzalkonium chloride, mannitol, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, sodium bicarbonate and water for preparing eye drops, free of surface tension reducing substances.
