Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania preparatu kropli do oczu w postaci zawiesiny zawierającej brynzolamid, polegający na tym, że substancja czynna jest rozpuszczana, a następnie strącana za pomocą środka strącającego, w postaci cząstek o odpowiedniej wielkości w wyniku zmiany pH środowiska, która to operacja przeprowadzana jest w roztworze zawierającym główne składniki kompozycji połączone w warunkach aseptycznych. Ujawniono również preparat kropli do oczu w postaci zawiesiny zawierającej brynzolamid i substancje pomocnicze: polimer kwasu akrylowego, wersenian disodowy, chlorek benzalkoniowy, mannitol, wodorotlenek sodu, kwas solny, wodorowęglan sodu i wodę do sporządzania kropli do oczu, wolny od substancji zmniejszających napięcie powierzchniowe.
