Abstract

Kompozycja barwiąca w postaci suchej zawierająca: kwercetynę w formie wolnej i/albo w formie glikozydu, w postaci zmikronizowanej poniżej 100 mikrometrów, w ilości od 0,2 do 70% wag., oraz co najmniej jedną substancję polimeryzującą wybraną spośród: HPMC, HPC, agaru, gumy ksantanowej, gumy arabskiej, żelatyny, PVP, soli sodowej karboksylometylocelulozy, pochodnych skrobi, polisacharydów, pochodnych celulozy modyfikowanej, pektyn lub ich pochodnych, pojedynczo lub w mieszaninie, w ilości od 5 do 80% wag. Opcjonalnie kompozycja zawiera substancję zmętniającą w ilości od 0 do 35% wag., substancję polimeryzującą, plastyfikator, substancję antyadhezyjną i antyagregacyjną. Wynalazek obejmuje także zastosowanie kompozycji do powlekania powierzchni produktów farmaceutycznych i/albo produktów spożywczych.
