Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób uzdatniania odpadów fosfogipsowych obejmujący etapy rozdrabniania wstępnego zestalonego fosfogipsu za pomocą mielenia, mieszania rozdrobnionego fosfogipsu z zawiesiną mączki kamienia wapiennego w stosunku od 2 do 5, zakwaszania mieszaniny stężonym kwasem siarkowym do pH z zakresu od 1 do 5, przy czym strumień zawiesiny mączki kamienia wapiennego i zmielonego fosfogipsu oraz strumień stężonego kwasu podaje się w sposób ciągły do reaktora z czasem zatrzymania od 12 minut do 2 godzin, a otrzymana zawiesina grubokrystalicznego gipsu transportowana jest do etapu filtracji i przemywania wodą, co pozwala uzyskać gips syntetyczny o wilgotności poniżej 12% pozbawiony zanieczyszczeń rozpuszczalnymi fosforanami.The subject of the invention is a method of phosphogypsum waste treatment comprising the steps of grinding pre-solidified phosphogypsum by grinding, mixing the ground phosphogypsum with a limestone flour suspension in a ratio of 2 to 5, acidifying the mixture with concentrated sulfuric acid to a pH in the range from 1 to 5, the suspension stream limestone powder and ground phosphogypsum and a stream of concentrated acid are fed continuously to the reactor with a retention time of 12 minutes to 2 hours, and the obtained coarse crystalline gypsum suspension is transported to the filtration and washing stage with water, which allows synthetic gypsum with a moisture content below 12 % free of soluble phosphate impurities.
