Abstract
Zapachowa folia biodegradowalna na bazie skrobi, charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi produkt otrzymany metodą wylewania wodnego roztworu skrobi ziemniaczanej z limonenem w ilości od 15 do 70 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych suchej skrobi. Korzystnie folia zawiera plastyfikator wielowodorotlenowy w postaci gliceryny, w ilości od 0 do 70 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych suchej skrobi ziemniaczanej. Korzystnie folia zawiera od 1 do 15 części wagowych napełniacza mineralnego w postaci montmorylonitu lub kaolinu, na 100 części wagowych suchej skrobi ziemniaczanej. Ujawniono również sposób otrzymywania zapachowej biodegradowalnej folii na bazie skrobi metodą wylewania, który polega na tym, że do wodnego roztworu skrobi ziemniaczanej dodaje się limonen w ilości od 15 do 70 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych suchej skrobi ziemniaczanej. Korzystnie dodaje się plastyfikator wielowodorotlenowy w postaci gliceryny, w ilości od 0 do 70 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych suchej skrobi. Korzystnie dodaje się napełniacz mineralny w ilości od 1 do 15 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych suchej skrobi ziemniaczanej. Jako napełniacz mineralny stosuje się montmorylonit lub kaolin.Odor-based biodegradable starch film is characterized by the fact that it is a product obtained by pouring an aqueous solution of potato starch with limonene in an amount of 15 to 70 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of dry starch. Preferably, the film contains a polyhydric plasticizer in the form of glycerin in an amount of from 0 to 70 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of dry potato starch. Preferably the film contains from 1 to 15 parts by weight of mineral filler in the form of montmorillonite or kaolin, per 100 parts by weight of dry potato starch. Also disclosed is a method for obtaining an aroma biodegradable starch-based film by casting, in which limonene is added to an aqueous solution of potato starch in an amount of 15 to 70 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of dry potato starch. Preferably, the polyhydric plasticizer in the form of glycerin is added in an amount of from 0 to 70 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of dry starch. Preferably, a mineral filler is added in an amount of 1 to 15 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of dry potato starch. Montmorillonite or kaolin are used as a mineral filler.
