Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest biodegradowalna folia na bazie skrobi ziemniaczanej, która charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi produkt otrzymany metodą wylewania wodnego roztworu skrobi ziemniaczanej z eugenolem w ilości od 15 do 70 części wagowych eugenolu na 100 części wagowych suchej skrobi. Korzystnie folia zawiera plastyfikator wielowodorotlenowy w postaci gliceryny, w ilości od 0 do 200 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych suchej skrobi ziemniaczanej. Zgłoszenie obejmuje sposób otrzymywania bidegradowalnej folii na bazie skrobi ziemniaczanej, metodą wylewania, który charakteryzuje się tym, że do wodnego roztworu skrobi ziemniaczanej dodaje się eugenol w ilości od 15 do 70 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych suchej skrobi. Korzystnie dodaje się plastyfikator wielowodorotlenowy w postaci gliceryny, w ilości od 0 do 200 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych suchej skrobi ziemniaczanej.The subject of the application is a biodegradable film based on potato starch, which is characterized in that it is a product obtained by pouring an aqueous solution of potato starch with eugenol in an amount of 15 to 70 parts by weight eugenol per 100 parts by weight of dry starch. Preferably, the film contains a polyhydric plasticizer in the form of glycerin in an amount of from 0 to 200 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of dry potato starch. The application includes a method for obtaining a biodegradable film based on potato starch by a casting method, characterized in that eugenol is added to the aqueous potato starch solution in an amount of 15 to 70 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of dry starch. Preferably, the polyhydric plasticizer in the form of glycerin is added in an amount of from 0 to 200 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of dry potato starch.
