Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania pigmentu antykorozyjnego, pigment antykorozyjny i jego zastosowanie, w szczególności w organicznych powłokach ochronnych. Sposób polega na tym, że wyjściowe reagenty tetrahydrat fosforanu cynku Zn3(PO4)2·4H2O w ilości 110,0 g, tetrahydrat heptamoliobdenianu amonu (NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O w ilości 40,6 g - 70,0 g, tlenek wapnia CaO w ilości 30,1 g - 54,0 g, kwas borowy H3BO3 w ilości 100,0 g oraz węglan sodu Na2CO3 w ilości 15,3 g - 50,1 g dokładnie miesza się i stapia w temperaturze od 1000°C do 1100°C w czasie od 0,5 h do 1 h do utworzenia fazy szklistej, po czym otrzymany stop zawierający tlenek cynku ZnO w ilości 58,6 g, tlenek fosforu P2O5 w ilości 34,1 g, tlenek molibdenu MoO3· w ilości 33,1 g - 57,1 g, tlenek wapnia CaO w ilości 30,1 g - 54,0 g, tlenek boru B2O3 w ilości 56,3 g oraz tlenek sodu Na2O w ilości 8,9 g - 29,3 g, rozdrabnia się, korzystnie do rozmiaru ziaren poniżej 5 µm. Pigment jest stopem rozdrobnionym do ziaren mniejszych od 5 µm, zawierającym tlenek cynku ZnO w ilości 58,6 g, tlenek fosforu P2O5 w ilości 34,1 g, tlenek molibdenu MoO3·w ilości 33,1 g - 57,1 g, tlenek wapnia CaO w ilości 30,1 g - 54,0 g, tlenek boru B2O3 w ilości 56,3 g oraz tlenek sodu Na2O w ilości 8,9 g - 29,3 g. Zastosowanie pigmentu antykorozyjnego w postaci rozdrobnionego stopu w ilości od 10,1 g do 52,6 g na 1000 g farby jako pigment aktywny zwiększający odporność korozyjną powłok wykonanych z farb epoksydowych rozpuszczalnikowych i wodorozcieńczalnych, oraz poliwinylowych, akrylowych i alkidowych rozpuszczalnikowych i wodorozcieńczalnych.
