Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest aptamer DNA wykazujący powinowactwo do metki Arg zawierający określoną sekwencję nukleotydową oraz zastosowanie oligonukleotydu zawierającego tą sekwencję do wytwarzania cząsteczek posiadających powinowactwo do celów molekularnych zawierających metkę Arg, w szczególności: - do detekcji celów molekularnych zawierających metkę Arg, - do oczyszczania celów molekularnych zawierających metkę Arg, - do wiązania celów molekularnych zawierających metkę Arg, - do oznaczania stężenia celów molekularnych zawierających metkę Arg.
