Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kask bezpieczeństwa przeznaczony dla osób zatrzymanych, wobec których zachodzi uzasadnione podejrzenie, że mogą zachowywać się agresywnie w stosunku do otoczenia, jak również wyrządzić krzywdę sobie. Kask posiada wyposażony w zewnętrzne poduszki (2, 3, 4) obwodowy pas (1) spinany w tylnej części i połączony z trzema poduszkami (6, 7, 8) tworzącymi górną część oraz łódkową dolną poduszką (9) z kształtującym, elastycznym paskiem (12). Poduszki zawierają wkłady w postaci układu co najmniej dwóch warstw spienionych materiałów o łącznej grubości od 20 do 35 mm. Poduszki, w zależności od położenia, zapewniają przy energii zewnętrznego uderzenia na poziomie 15 J, wartość przenoszonej pod kask siły w zakresie od 1,3 do 3,5 kN. Dodatkowe wyposażenie kasku stanowią dwie włókninowe wkładki jednorazowego użytku, z których jedna stanowi wyściółkę górnej części a druga osłonę dolnej poduszki (9).
