Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urządzenie oraz sposób do nieinwazyjnego wykrywania materiałów niebezpiecznych w środowisku wodnym, przy czym urządzenie zawiera szczelną obudowę, w której umieszczony jest generator prędkich neutronów (101) obłożony detektorami cząstek ?, oraz detektor kwantów gamma (111), przy czym generator prędkich neutronów (101) emituje neutrony w kierunku badanego przedmiotu (107) za pośrednictwem prowadnicy neutronów i/lub kwantów gamma (108), a detektor kwantów gamma (111) rejestruje wyemitowane przez jądra atomowe badanego przedmiotu (107) kwanty gamma przetransmitowane za pośrednictwem prowadnicy neutronów i/lub kwantów gamma (110).
