Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zespół płytki kostnej z wkrętem kostnym do stabilizacji złamań okołostawowych i/lub trzonowych układu kostnego. Zespół płytki kostnej z wkrętem kostnym (7) do stabilizacji złamań, w którym kątowo ustawiony blokowany wkręt (7) posiadający gwintowany łeb (8) współpracuje z gwintowanym otworem (6) płytki kostnej charakteryzuje tym, że powierzchnia górna (3) płytki w rejonie otworów pod wkręty kostne (7) ma co najmniej jedno przetłoczenie kształtowe, korzystnie kuliste lub owalne, posiadające część wklęsłą lub wypukłą względem powierzchni górnej (3) płytki oraz część wklęsłą lub wypukłą (2B) względem powierzchni dolnej (4) płytki. W części wypukłej (2B) przetłoczenia wykonane jest wybranie, a głębokość przetłoczenia jest tym większa im większy jest kąt odchylenia ? osi (10) otworu płytki względem osi (11) prostopadłej do górnej powierzchni (3) pytki.
