Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest rozpoznający polimer bisbitiofenowy, korzystnie w postaci warstwy przewodzącego polimeru molekularnie wdrukowanego (MIP), charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera monomer funkcyjny, bis(2,2'-bitienylo)-(4-aminofenylo)metan, monomer sieciujący, 2,2'-bis(2,2'-bitiofeno-5-ylo)-3,3'-bitionaften i luki molekularne wdrukowane za pomocą cząsteczek 2,4,6-trinitrofenolu (TNP). Ponadto wynalazek obejmuje sposób wytwarzania tego polimeru, metodą wdrukowania molekularnego 2,4,6-trinitrofenolu (TNP) za pomocą elektropolimeryzacji, korzystnie w warunkach potencjodynamicznych, charakteryzujący się tym, że jako monomer funkcyjny oraz monomer sieciujący do wdrukowania molekularnego stosuje się, odpowiednio, bis(2,2'-bitienylo)-(4-aminofenylo)metan i 2,2'-bis(2,2'-bitiofeno-5-ylo)-3,3'-bitionaften, przy czym monomer sieciujący występuje w podwójnej roli, tj. z jednej strony sieciuje MIP-TNP a z drugiej jest fluoroforem. Wynalazek również obejmuje zastosowanie tego polimeru bisbitiofenowego, jako elementu rozpoznającego czujnika chemicznego do wykrywania i/lub selektywnego oznaczania 2,4,6-trinitrofenolu w próbkach biologicznych jak i w czujnikach do wykrywania i/lub oznaczania substancji wybuchowych, na użyteczny sygnał analityczny za pomocą pomiarów spektrofluorymetrycznych.The present invention relates to a recognizable bisbitiophene polymer, preferably in the form of a layer of conductive molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP), characterized in that it contains a functional monomer, bis (2,2'-bitienyl) - (4-aminophenyl) methane, crosslinking monomer, 2, 2'-bis (2,2'-bitiophene-5-yl) -3,3'-bitionaften and molecular gaps imprinted with 2,4,6-trinitrophenol (TNP) molecules. In addition, the invention includes a method for producing this polymer by molecular imprinting 2,4,6-trinitrophenol (TNP) by electropolymerization, preferably under potentiodynamic conditions, characterized in that bis is used as a functional monomer and crosslinking monomer for molecular imprinting, respectively (2,2'-bitienyl) - (4-aminophenyl) methane and 2,2'-bis (2,2'-bitiophene-5-yl) -3,3'-bitionaften, with the cross-linking monomer being present in a dual role , i.e. on the one hand it crosslinks MIP-TNP and on the other it is a fluorophore. The invention also includes the use of this bisbitiophene polymer as a recognition element of a chemical sensor for the detection and / or selective determination of 2,4,6-trinitrophenol in biological samples as well as in sensors for the detection and / or determination of explosive substances, for a useful analytical signal by spectrofluorimetric measurements .
