Abstract

Mikrosonda do elektroporacji selektywnej, obejmująca co najmniej dwie elektrody metalowe zatopione w pręcie szklanym, charakteryzuje się tym, że pręt szklany (E), wykonany ze szkła pierwszego, ma średnicę od 50 µm do 2 mm, korzystnie od 50 µm do 500 µm; elektrody metalowe (A), wykonane ze stopu metalu, mają postać prętów o średnicy od 1 µm do 100 µm, korzystnie od 20 µm do 30 µm, gdzie końcówki tych prętów są odsłonięte, przy czym szkło pierwsze i stop metalu dobrane są tak, że dylatometryczna temperatura mięknięcia DTM szkła pierwszego jest bardzo zbliżona do temperatury topnienia stopu metalu. Wynalazek obejmuje również sposób wytwarzania takiej mikrosondy.
