Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania żywicy fenolowej polega na tym, że kondensację fenolu z formaldehydem prowadzi się w obecności amoniaku jako katalizatora, przy stosunku molowym fenol : formaldehyd : amoniak wynoszącym 1 : 0,85 ÷ 0,95 : 0,01 ÷ 0,03, w temperaturze 70 ÷ 100°C, przy czym czas reakcji kondensacji dobiera się tak, aby otrzymać żywicę o czasie żelowania w granicach 250 ÷ 400 s. Następnie żywicę zatęża się do uzyskania zawartości wody poniżej 5% wagowych i rozcieńcza alkoholami C1 ÷ C3 lub ich mieszaniną do uzyskania żywicy o lepkości 500 ÷ 2000 mPa • s, po czym modyfikuje stearyną o temperaturze topnienia nie niższej niż 60°C.The method of producing phenolic resin is that condensation of phenol with formaldehyde is carried out in the presence of ammonia as a catalyst, with a phenol: formaldehyde: ammonia molar ratio of 1: 0.85 ÷ 0.95: 0.01 ÷ 0.03, at a temperature of 70 ÷ 100 ° C, where the condensation reaction time is selected so as to obtain a resin with a gel time of 250 ÷ 400 s. Then the resin is concentrated to a water content below 5% by weight and diluted with C1 ÷ C3 alcohols or a mixture thereof obtaining a resin with a viscosity of 500 ÷ 2000 mPa • s, after which it is modified with stearin with a melting point not lower than 60 ° C.
