Abstract

Urządzenie do pomiaru kąta wychylenia opryskiwacza montowane do ramy opryskiwacza, charakteryzuje się tym, że ma rejestrator (1), do którego podłączone są czujniki: czujnik (2) obrotowy, czujnik (3) mierzący drogę, dwa czujniki (4 i 5) wysokości i czujnik wychylenia ramienia belki polowej. Czujnik (2) obrotowy przymocowany jest do jednego końca wału (8) umieszczonego w osi opryskiwacza, a drugi koniec wału (8) połączony jest z dyszlem wózka (9). Czujnik (3) mierzący drogę znajduje się na wózku (9) ciągniętym za opryskiwaczem i połączony jest z tarczą zębatą (10), zamocowaną równolegle do koła tocznego (11) wózka (9). Czujniki (4 i 5) wysokości połączone są z układem dźwigniowym (12), przy czym górna część układu dźwigniowego (12) osadzona jest na wale (8), a dolna część układu dźwigniowego (12) spoczywa na płaskowniku (13), który zakończony jest kółkiem (14) do kopiowania terenu. Czujnik wychylenia ramienia zamocowany jest w osi przegubu ramienia belki polowej, przy czym oś czujnika jest nieruchoma, zaś obudowa czujnika obraca się razem z ramieniem belki polowej.The device for measuring the angle of the sprayer mounted to the frame of the sprayer is characterized by the fact that it has a recorder (1) to which the sensors are connected: sensor (2) rotary, sensor (3) measuring the path, two height sensors (4 and 5) and boom arm swing sensor. The rotary sensor (2) is attached to one end of the shaft (8) located in the axis of the sprayer, and the other end of the shaft (8) is connected to the carriage drawbar (9). The road measuring sensor (3) is located on the cart (9) towed behind the sprayer and is connected to the toothed disk (10), mounted in parallel to the wheel (11) of the cart (9). The height sensors (4 and 5) are connected to the lever system (12), the upper part of the lever system (12) is mounted on the shaft (8), and the lower part of the lever system (12) rests on a flat bar (13), which is the wheel (14) for copying terrain. The arm swing sensor is mounted on the boom arm articulation axis, the sensor axis is fixed, and the sensor housing rotates together with the boom arm.
