Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania płaskiego materiału filtracyjnego, płaski materiał filtracyjny z blend polimerowych, w tym szczególnie płaski materiał filtracyjny uzyskany opisanym sposobem oraz filtr zawierający płaski materiał filtracyjny. Sposób otrzymywania płaskiego materiału filtracyjnego polega na tym, że włókna formuje się z mieszanki granulatów co najmniej dwóch polimerów, gdzie jeden polimer wybiera się z grupy obejmującej polimery o elektryzacji ujemnej, a kolejny polimer wybiera się z grupy obejmującej polimery o elektryzacji dodatniej, mieszankę granulatów stapia się w wytłaczarce, miesza, po czym formuje się na gorąco włókna polimerowe, które podaje się na układ odbieralnika, do utworzenia na nim warstwy runa. Płaski materiał filtracyjny charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z włókien stanowiących mieszaninę co najmniej dwóch polimerów, z których jeden polimer wybiera się z grupy obejmującej polimery o elektryzacji ujemnej, a kolejny polimer wybiera się z grupy obejmującej polimery o elektryzacji dodatniej.The subject of the invention is a method for obtaining a flat filter material, a flat filter material from polymer blends, including a particularly flat filter material obtained by the method described, and a filter containing a flat filter material. The method of obtaining a flat filtration material is that the fibers are formed from a mixture of granules of at least two polymers, where one polymer is selected from the group consisting of polymers with negative electrification, and the next polymer is selected from the group consisting of polymers with positive electrification, the mixture of granules is melted in an extruder, mixing, after which hot polymer fibers are formed, which are fed to a receiver system to form a fleece layer on it. The flat filter material is characterized in that it consists of fibers consisting of a mixture of at least two polymers, of which one polymer is selected from the group consisting of negative electrified polymers and the next polymer is selected from the group consisting of positive electrified polymers.
