Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania płaskiego materiału filtracyjnego, płaski materiał filtracyjny z blend polimerowych, w tym szczególnie płaski materiał filtracyjny uzyskany opisanym sposobem oraz filtr zawierający płaski materiał filtracyjny. Sposób otrzymywania płaskiego materiału filtracyjnego polega na tym, że włókna formuje się z mieszanki granulatów co najmniej dwóch polimerów, gdzie jeden polimer wybiera się z grupy obejmującej polimery o elektryzacji ujemnej, a kolejny polimer wybiera się z grupy obejmującej polimery o elektryzacji dodatniej, mieszankę granulatów stapia się w wytłaczarce, miesza, po czym formuje się na gorąco włókna polimerowe, które podaje się na układ odbieralnika, do utworzenia na nim warstwy runa. Płaski materiał filtracyjny charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z włókien stanowiących mieszaninę co najmniej dwóch polimerów, z których jeden polimer wybiera się z grupy obejmującej polimery o elektryzacji ujemnej, a kolejny polimer wybiera się z grupy obejmującej polimery o elektryzacji dodatniej.
