Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kocioł wodny opalany słomą w postaci bel sprasowanych, który ma zastosowanie w systemach ciepłowniczych zarówno dla pojedynczych budynków mieszkalnych jak też dla całych osiedli mieszkaniowych. Kocioł wodny, opalany słomą, jest utworzony z komory spalania (1) słomy oraz komory spalania gazu usytuowanych obok siebie i otoczonych płaszczem a obie komory są oddzielone od siebie przegrodą, która ma u dołu otwór a nad komorami usytuowany jest wymiennik ciepła (3). Kocioł charakteryzuje się tym, że komora spalania (1) słomy ma ścianę utworzoną ze stalowych rur usytuowanych pionowo i wypełnionych wodą a stalowe rury są u dołu i u góry połączone z poziomymi zbiorczymi kolektorami. Pionowe rury wypełnione wodą są ze sobą połączone stalowymi żebrami.The subject of the invention is a straw-fired water boiler in the form of pressed bales, which is applicable in heating systems for both individual residential buildings as well as for entire housing estates. The water-fired boiler is made of a straw combustion chamber (1) and a gas combustion chamber located next to each other and surrounded by a jacket, and both chambers are separated by a partition, which has a hole at the bottom and a heat exchanger (3) is located above the chambers. The boiler is characterized by the fact that the combustion chamber (1) of straw has a wall formed of steel pipes arranged vertically and filled with water, and the steel pipes are connected at the bottom and top with horizontal collectors. The vertical pipes filled with water are connected with steel fins.
