Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób spalania slomy w kotle i kociol wodny opalany sloma w postaci bel sprasowanych, który ma zastosowanie w systemach cieplowniczych zarówno dla pojedynczych budynków mieszkalnych jak tez dla calych osiedli mieszkaniowych. Plaszcz wodny po obu stronach komory spalania gazu jest zaopatrzony w dodatkowe perlatory, zas scianki obu komór sa zaopatrzone w poprzeczne zebra. Kociol charakteryzuje sie tym, ze rzad przewodów (8) doprowadzajacych powietrze osadzonych w tylnej sciance kotla jest usytuowany ukosnie wzgledem pionowych scianek kotla, a ostry kat (?) jaki tworza przewody (8) wzgledem poziomu wynosi od 0,1 do 30°.The subject of the invention is a method of burning straw in a boiler and a water boiler fired with straw in the form of pressed bales, which is used in heating systems both for single houses and for entire housing estates. A method of burning straw in a boiler, which includes a straw combustion chamber and a gas combustion chamber, which consists in setting fire to the pressed bale placed in the straw combustion chamber and feeding air into the straw combustion chamber through the gas combustion chamber. The air is supplied in multiple points from the rear side of the boiler, below the bottom edge of the partition separating both chambers, and in push-pull on the boiler sides above the bottom edge of the partition. The method is characterized in that the air is fed diagonally against the lateral vertical walls of the boiler and the sharp angle of the air supply, measured against the horizontal, is 0.1 to 30 °. The straw-fired water boiler consists of a straw combustion chamber and a gas combustion chamber located next to each other and surrounded by a water jacket. Both chambers are separated by a partition with an opening at the bottom, and a heat exchanger is located above the chambers. Inside the water mantle, in its lower part, there is a perlator. The gas combustion chamber is provided with a row of air pipes embedded in the rear wall of the boiler and with opposing air pipes embedded in the side walls of the boiler. The water jacket on both sides of the gas combustion chamber is equipped with additional aerators, while the walls of both chambers are provided with transverse ribs. The boiler is characterized by the fact that the row of air supply pipes (8) embedded in the rear wall of the boiler is inclined to the vertical walls of the boiler, and the sharp angle (?) That forms the pipes (8) relative to the horizontal is 0.1 to 30 °.
