Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest implant stawu biodrowego, mający zastosowanie do operacyjnego odnowienia funkcji stawu biodrowego. Charakteryzuje się tym, że wkładka (2) z tworzywa sztucznego na swej powierzchni wewnętrznej ma mikrogniazda (4) do osadzania produktów zużycia współpracującej pary - wkładka (2)- głowa (3), poza tym w dolnej strefie wkładki (2), wokół głowy (3) elementu udowego (7), poniżej jego maksymalnej powierzchni przekroju, prostopadłej do osi wzdłużnej, usytuowany jest pierścień (5), mający przynajmniej na powierzchni styku z głową (3) mikrogniazda (6).
