Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kompozytowy materiał ogniotrwały, który charakteryzuje się tym, że warstwa szkła na bazie SiO2 tworzy się na ogniotrwałym tworzywie SiC związanym z azotkiem krzemu uzyskanym poprzez związanie węglika krzemu z azotkiem krzemu, i/lub tlenoazotkiem krzemu, a widoczna porowatość wynosi 10% lub mniej i, jako kompozycje chemiczne, Al jest zawarty w ilości od 0,25 do 2,4% masowych, a B jest zawarty w ilości poniżej 1,5 do 8,5% masowych.
